PAYMENT
You may order and pay for orders by cheque or credit/debit card payments can be made securely (and free of charge)via PAYPAL. You will be taken to Paypal via the 'View Cart' button.
CHEQUE
Cheques should be made payable to KANDLE KITCHEN and sent with your written/or printed order or you may phone it through. Please note that I allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before the order is dispatched.
DELIVERY
Most items are handmade fresh to order so please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If the order is large I will let you know what the estimated delivery time will be. Please note that delivery will be longer (up to 14 days) at busy times.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail & Parcel Post. I can however, send via Recorded or Special but there will be a small additional cost. Please just ask if you require this service. If an order is particularly heavy I will then send via a Courier Service and I will advise if there is any additional cost and of a delivery date. This service will need to be signed for.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Will be sent via the Royal Airmail Service. Please contact me for a shipping quote before you order. I only accept payment through PAYPAL for International Orders.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live locally to me, areas surrounding Bognor Regis, please contact me, I will amend the postage cost and deliver to your home.
PACKAGING
I take great care and attention when packaging your order to ensure that it arrives the same way as it left. You will also find a small FREE SAMPLE of one of my products.
RETURNS POLICY
I am sure that you will be completely happy with your Kandle Kitchen & Soap Store goodies! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, a full refund will be given on goods returned undamaged within 10 days of receipt. Just email me at marie.jeannie@virgin.net
I am sorry but I will not be responsible for items that are lost in the post, although from my experience this is very rare. I always obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office.
